Acceptance of Terms. By using https://photographercenterville.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Service Description. This Site describes Family Photographer, Senior Portrait Photographer, Newborn Photographer, Family Photography, Senior Portraits, Newborn Photography, Baby Photo Session, Family Photo Session provided by Anchored Stills by jsm. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://photographercenterville.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Anchored Stills by jsm or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
No Warranties. Anchored Stills by jsm disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Anchored Stills by jsm's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anchored Stills by jsm from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Law and Venue. TN law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in TN.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
